Today the 'big brown truck' delivered a package for me; a tea towel from Val, a friend from the tea towel swap group. It is beautiful! Pretty pansy's in a teacup are carefully stitched. Val has added my initial as part of the teacup pattern and has added her signature to the design. She's embellished it with some pretty lace as well. Isn't it pretty? It's time to select a few of my pansy teacups and have a special 'pansy' tea. My mind is whirring with ideas --- the tea towel would look lovely on the table and a pansy centerpiece would finish everything off so nicely.
