Coco

Coco went walking with us today. She is so difficult to get pictures of. Because she's all black, there isn't much contrast to show up in photos. And she is always moving! Nearly two years old, she's a bundle of energy. I have quite a few pictures of her that are completely blurred! So, I was happy today when she stood still long enough today for a side-view photo. Alert, she's heard something along the river shore and has stopped to listen. And did you notice her chewed up collar? It's because it used to be Tia's (her mother) and she would always chew on it while they were playing. We decided it was only fair that Tia get the non-chewed collar, so traded them. Now Coco gets her just reward!

  1. The river walk looks so peaceful and quiet. I looks like you have it all to yourself. There are many places like that anymore. Coco definately looks alert, trying to hear something.
The lasagna recipe looks yummy. I often watch the Barefoot Contessa. I love her mannerisms. I enjoy her giggle when she knows someone will enjoy her food. Don't we all.

  2. It's hard to believe that Coco is two years old already and has grown so much!! That's a rare great shot for such an active dog! LOL

  4. I know what you mean about trying to capture pictures of black dogs. This is a great one of Tia. Loved the collar story. Very just ;-)
