One Lump or Two

This little quilted table runner is part of my 'tea linen' collection. It came from my mother's collection, but I don't think she made it. It doesn't look like her usual needlework. It's an interesting mix of applique, embroidery, and some type of coloring. The background is muslin with a cotton print border. The tea theme is evident with teapots, teacups, and words related to tea service. I think it's interesting, but it isn't my favorite piece of work.
