Taking Dad to Tea

Not far from Dad's and Alma's home there's a cute little tea room. It's not the kind of place that Dad would choose for lunch on his own, as The King's Table or some other buffet would probably always be his first choice. But with a wife who enjoys afternoon tea, and a daughter who is passionate on the subject. . .he was a great sport and happy to go to a tea room for lunch during a recent visit together. Anna's Tea Room, Steeped in Tradition --- offered a lovely afternoon tea for us.

  1. Oh, I want to visit there. It looks lovely!

I am quite taken with a few of those teacups and the teapot, too. :)

  2. I think with your dad sounded delightful and looked delicious. It sounds like the tea room needed his spice ;-) How fun to get to pick your own teacup. I liked the spot with the Victorian couch.

  3. I would go to the tearoom just by seeing the wonderful sign! Of course, the flowers add some ambiance to the entrance, also! Cindi
