And so many delicious sweets! A cookie, a bar, a truffle, a cupcake, a tart, and a slice of fudge. Is that enough to please your sweet tooth?
How about a recipe for Golden Tea Macaroons? They are delicious and contain natural sweeteners so you can have more than one with that favorite cuppa tea!

Golden Tea Macaroons
1 cup grated raw carrots,
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 1/2 cup coconut
1 cup quinoa flakes*
1/2 tsp salt
Make quinoa flour by blending quinoa flakes. Mix well all ingredients. Let sit 10 minutes. Firmly pack dough into a tablespoon then drop on an oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 25 minutes.
*May substitute oatmeal.
