September's Yellow

Best I love September's yellow,
morns of dew-strung gossamer,
Thoughtful days without a stir,
Rooky clamours, brazen leaves,
Stubble dotted o'er with sheaves
More than Spring's bright uncontrol
Suit the Autumn of my soul."

  1. I like this picture. It looks like something we have on the prairie called Rubber Rabbitbrush. An interesting fall bloomer.

There you are! As if you didn't know where you were. A little while back I did a clean-up of sweet sites I visit and went to delete one but deleted the *wrong* one...that was you. I didn't know how to find you again because for the life of me couldn't remember your actual blog name. Nevertheless, I found you tonight and am thrilled! Back you go on my sweet sites listing. whew!

    Blessings...
