The Shabby Chic Bath

The bathroom decor at Elm Street Antiques is so 'vintage' and 'pretty' and 'chic'. It's as pretty as any other room in the shop! Terry and Paula have taken the bathtub out and made the space into a darling alcove where they've placed cabinets, beautiful things to look at, and floral swags and draperies that hang gracefully down the sides of the space. This space whispers serenity and calmness. . .

  2. Recently I saw a home on TV that had a Lady's Master Bath and a Man's Master Bath. If we had separate master baths mine would look like this. I love the pretty linens and extra things they've added. ~Adrienne~

What is up with the black and white pictures? I don't like them. I came to your blog because of the colorful pictures you were posting. If you continue with the drab black and whites I'm going to delete your blog. No offense is meant, I just really prefer the colorful ones.
I'll wait a few days but if this is your new style I'll be leaving.

  4. I love the sepia color to your antique pictures. I guess some people don't understand that sepia enhances antique and vintage themes. I wouldn't worry about "anonymous."

I wonder if your mom ever had a chance to go to this Elm Street Antiques. Is this where you live?
