Gently fold back the stems at the base of the flowers so that they fold back upon the bouquet. With a small piece of tape, or an extra inch of ribbon, secure a ribbon inside the fold of the stems.
Start weaving the ribbon in and out of the stems. You can weave each stem, or weave in groupings of two or three. Tighten gently as you go along.
When you reach the end of the flowers, continue weaving for three or four rounds, securing tightly so that a wand-top is formed.
