Cheerful Swap Package!

I received my apron swap package from Susie yesterday. Everything was coordinated so cheerfully and beautifully. Susie made me an apron with an embroidered teapot pocket. She colored the teapot and flowers inside it with a coloring crayon technique. I think it's simply beautiful. She also sent a variety of teas and some Laura Ashley note cards, a teacup Christmas ornament, and vintage crocheted hot pads. Tea themed stickers and a pineapple-pattern crocheted Christmas ornament completed the package. Thank you, Susie!

I have never done a swap before but it sounds like so much fun. How does one go about doing these swaps?
