What's on Your Fridge?

What's on your fridge door? Is it clear and creamy white, chrome, or black? Or is it dotted with magnets and photographs of loved ones? I try to keep my fridge clear of clutter, but it seems it always ends up being a palette where I express my personality and exhibit mementos of the thing I love. Magnets showing scenes from the Olympic National Park, Grand Canyon, or Zion National Park are dotted in among tea-themed magnets and baby pictures of the boys. Someday soon I'll try again to have a creamy white fridge and I'll clear everything away, but it won't belong until those favorite magnets and pictures start dotting the fridge door again.

  1. I'd enjoy a clean white fridge, but that is not what I have at this stage in life. It has photos of relatives in little magnet frames. It has my shopping list. And the bottom half is covered with little magnet backed decorations the kids made in Sabbath School. They can't to throw even one away. Maybe my fridge will someday long for a new one of those little "Jesus Loves Me" magnets, once the clutter has grown up and moved away.

  2. Enjoy the little child clutter while you can. I can guarantee you that you will really miss it once it's gone! I'm finding myself in adjustment mode -- big time! After homeschooling for so many years, it's really different now.
