Tea for Non-Congestion
1 1/2 teaspoon dry sage1 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme1/2 teaspoon dried ginger or 1 slice fresh ginger rootPour boiling water over herbs. Steep for 10 minuts. Strain and sweeten with stevia to taste. Drink four times a day to eliminate or prevent congestion.
