Sunset on the Pacific

Sunset on the Pacific

LaPush, Washington
at the
Quileute Indian Reservation
Olympic Peninsula

Said to be the farthest
point west in the continental United States

Words to describe this place: quiet, calm, serene, home to many brown pelicans, tiny village, fishing harbor, fresh smoked salmon advertised everywhere

  1. What a gorgeous photo. We have friends on that reservation. They tell me its beautiful in that area. Another friend of mine has a daughter that lives in a yurt on some island around there. Hippy child as you may have guessed by the kind of house they live in : )
