Lavender Flat Bread
1 frozen bread loaf
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 Tbsp. lavender blossoms
1/2 Tbsp. rosemary
sprinkle of salt
Use a frozen bread loaf that has been thawed according to package directions. When it has risen, roll into a rectangle so that it fits a greased 10x15-inch pan. Press the surface over the entire surface, using fingertips so that indentations are created. Brush the top with olive oil. Sprinkle surface with black olives, lavender blossoms, rosemary and a light sprinkling of salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for about 20 minutes. Remove when done; should be puffed and light golden brown.
