Chinese steamed buns with dipping sauce --- absolutely delicious! A finely minced vegetable filling was wrapped in dough and steamed to perfection. Crisp cucumber slices and a dipping sauce and sesame seeds made a nice complement to this treat. Everything served in the tea house was vegetarian, creating a delightful experience for our group of vegetarians.
