Newspaper Delivery by Boat?


This is an unusual site in our community. There are no streams nearby; all the water in the road is from rain and it all came down within minutes. Notice how the newspaper post is only a foot or so above the water line rather than waist high. Driving through this watery dip in the road was like going boating!
