Memories of his mother grace my father's home.
My grandmother's old painted table and beautiful, ticking clock sit in a corner of the living room. Pictures of my grandparents and other memorable relatives are displayed on the wall behind them, making this into a beautiful 'heritage' corner.
We each have tokens of loved ones past. Where do you display these tokens so you can see them each day? What memories do they evoke? Our ties to the past make us who we are today. . .and setting them out to enjoy keeps the knot tied tightly.
