Celebrity Look-Alikes

This week-end I had fun with Rylan as we played with the the free service offered by the My Heritage website. It's a service that applies advanced face recognition technology to personal photos. The idea is to scan in your photo, and then let the computer search for celebrity look-alikes. These are my look-alikes. . .I don't know who they all are, but it was fun anyway. I was interested that some of the same celebrities showed up in the analysis for each of our sons. And some of the same even showed up on both parent and child listing. Of course there are always a few celebrities you don't want to look like, but that's all a part of the game.

If you'd like to try it, go to:

  1. I WILL be trying that. Although it will be a bit devastating if I look like, say, the Wicked Witch of the West or something.

  2. Jenlo, that's funny, but I'm sure you'll end up looking very lovely! Enjoy the experience --- it's really fun.

  3. Karlanee, wasn't it fun? You do resemble Hillary Clinton in her younger days (according to your photo posted with your message). We had fun trying this even with baby pictures and because face structure never really changes, the same celebrity look-alikes would show up many times as we viewed through stages of life. Thank you for your comment and welcome to Gracious Hospitality.

  4. I tried it and to my utter shock and horror I seem to look mostly like male celebrities. You can see who here. http://k2katster.blogspot.com/

  5. Hi Kelly, I think you forgot to click the little button that says "female" so the site gave you "all". When my son did that (clicked "all" instead of "male", half of his came up looking like women!). He was not a happy camper! Try again and let us know how it goes. :)

  6. And PS to Kelly: Anyone who looks like Kate Hudson should be doing a happy dance! LOL!
