Rose Petal Tea

Rose Petal Tea

Rose petals are a mild sedative and are high in Vitamin C. They also are said to help lower cholesterol levels.

To make a delicious cup of rose petal tea, use 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried petals or rose hips per cup of boiled water. Steep 10 minutes. Sweeten with some dried, sweet herb, stevia, and enjoy!

Be sure to use your favorite English teacup and saucer, after all it is 'Rose' tea!
