Patchwork on a Summer Day

Patchwork on a summer day. . .such beauty. The wheat fields are ripening at different rates, and other crops are dotted between them, creating a patchwork effect that goes over rolling hills for miles and miles. The wheat is starting to ripen and will be ready for harvest in a few short weeks. Once harvest starts, it signals that summer is quickly passing and autumn will be here soon. Time passes quickly during busy days.
