Today was a day to forget chores and the burdens of life and head for the hills! Most of the snow has melted from the mountains nearby, so it was time to check out our cabin and prepare it for the season. It's been boarded up for protection from winter storms, but summer will soon be here.
The view of your Sunday drive is beautiful. What state has this panorama? I also enjoyed all the stories about lavender. I have a small collection and say that Provence has nothing on me - but when they bloom I pretend to be there - that is quite fun... avid lavender lover too.
