As we approach the homestead cabin on the edge of our property, we find snow in drifts and lots of mud! The road a few hundred feet ahead is too packed with snowdrifts to drive on, as mushy snow eats up truck tires, thereby making stuck an action verb! Fortunately our gate is before the serious snowdrifts.
