Valentine's Bloomers
I will try to refrain from giving my opinion about the lingerie and pajama ads that are showing up on television this month. With Valentine's day coming up soon, advertisers are targeting audiences with their sexy ads, even during commercial breaks on news programs. But, I won't refrain from sharing a cute little bloomer picture that I took at my favorite shop on Elm Street. Have you ever seen a cuter dishrag? I know that form generally follows function, but in this case I'm glad function has more form than what's required for it's use!

Very cute. But those ads!! What the heck are they thinking?!
ReplyDeleteI love your bloomers!! Just have to smile!!
ReplyDeleteElm Street...that was the name of my old street!! Know what's funny? After 21 years there we moved one mile down the road to Elmcrest!! Intriguing, huh?
Blessings to you sweet friend!!
Have a lovely day!

How adorable LaDonna!
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen the commercials...but if I had, I wouldn't like them.
ReplyDeleteThose little bloomers are adorable. I've seen them before, but none quite as fashionable as these nor as well presented.
So cute! My MIL once made me dish towel undies for a man and a woman. I wonder if I still have them?
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute!

I love this dishrag and actually have something very similar hanging in my kitchen. I certainly prefer this to the commercials!
ReplyDeleteOh, that is GREAT!
ReplyDeleteCutsie!
ReplyDeleteI had just been reading (on Angry Chicken) about her lingerie making and then clicked over here and found these knickers. Kind of coincidentally funny. Her underthings are very pretty and tasteful.

How cute!
ReplyDeleteVery cute.. Im glad you held off on the adds, but I can't. We took my grandaughter to the mall yesterday and when we went by Victoria Secret she covered her eyes. I have never seen such trash in a window before and now the models look so real. While we were walking by I noticed a small girl about three and her eyes went to the window and she stared all the way by. Satan sure has a way of catching them when they are small. It would be ice to boycott that store.
ReplyDeleteOh, so cute and I agree about the commercials.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is lovely!!

Love those Valentine bloomers! LOL! Yes, those commercials are bad, and I'm tired of seeing them. I guess this is when we should complain, but where do we go to complain?!
