Creamy Sweet Topping




Creamy Sweet Topping

1 package Silken Tofu, extra firm
1/2 cup sweet fruit juice or 1/2 banana, ripe
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
just enough water to blend

Using a blender, whiz all ingredients until very smooth. Pour into a pretty container and chill until ready to serve. Will thicken as it cools. Serve over your favorite fresh fruits or dessert.
