*The lilacs have burst into bloom this week. Fragrant lavender and purple blossoms in a field of heart-shaped green leaves. Lovely!
when we were children we would suck the necture from the blooms. We thought they were wonderful, wonder if they would taste good to me now. I thought twinkies were good then too, and they are gross !
