Strawberry Smoothies

1 box Mori-Nu tofu, soft
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. stevia (or to taste)

In a blender, combine orange juice and Mori-Nu tofu. Blend until smooth. While blender is still running, add strawberries and vanilla. Add stevia and sweeten to taste. Serve in pretty goblets and garnish with mint leaves and fresh strawberries.

Other berries may be substituted for strawberries. Frozen bananas are also delicious added to berry smoothies.
