This year the plants and flowers surrounding the well-house will be to enhance, not hide. Finishing details (a missing trim piece or two) and some topsoil and rock placement still need to occur, but the well-house is mostly completed and now is ready for a new name. No longer the ugly little well-house, it needs a name more befitting it's station as little house on the island.

  1. The pump house was just a diamond in the rough! Your husband did such a nice job. I love the silhouette of the little children. It's going to be darling once it is planted. We have an ugly utility box at the front corner of our yard. Guess the utilities wouldn't take kindly of my doing the same thing ;-)

Wow, what a difference some sprucing up can make. I like it alot. From a distance I'm sure it could even pass for a little play house :) And you're right...with the beige color it will definitely enhance your garden not hide it. I would love to see what it looks like once the garden is in full bloom. What a good husband you have...he did a great job.
