Barley Tea and Summer Fruits

A simple fruit dessert

bananas
oranges
Fuji apples
blueberries
stevia to sweeten, generously
your favorite fruit yogurt, soy if desired

Garnish with fresh mint and roses

  2. What a beautiful table! Oh I wonder if John would enjoy this version. Our lunchtime meal often includes a reverse recipe heavy on the yogurt and light on the fruit.

  3. Hi, I loved seeing this; I've never heard of Barley tea and wouldn't be able to enjoy it because I can't have gluten. The fruit looks so good-yummy, I may have to make some for lunch. Thanks for sharing.
