Birthday Luncheon

Karleen came for lunch today so we could celebrate her birthday. It was fun to chat and relax in the quiet of the day. Our menu today was:

Chilled Cucumber Soup with Whole Wheat Toast Points
Herb, Veggie & Viola Salad with Cashew Dressing
Vegetable Tofu Quiche
Saucy Fruit Salad with Dark Chocolate
Barley Tea
Sparkling Apple Juice

Recipes are posted at my My Cozy Kitchen.
