Snow on Snow

In the bleak midwinter
Frosty wind made moan,
Earth stood hard as iron,
Water like a stone;
Snow had fallen, snow on snow,
Snow on snow,
In the bleak midwinter,
Long ago.

Sled:  by my mom who loved to paint

  1. Oh how I love that poem and I love to hear Sarah M. sing it. How's that for avoiding spelling her last name? Have a happy day, LaDonna!

  2. I love these words sung...So pretty! Stay warm and cozy.

  3. I love that poem so much!

  4. Sweet! I do wish we would get just a little snow.

  5. Beautiful poem! I love your header too. I have that same tea set :)

    Blessings & Warm Wishes!

  6. What a cute little sled! I have a sweet one, too - I'll be right over and we can catch the next hill for some sledding fun! ~Adrienne~

  7. One of my all-time favorite poem/carols! I like your new background a lot, too. And what an adorable sled!
