Apple Pies

This week I came home from errands to find a box of apples on the back porch. A note in the box revealed that it was from Grandpa. It said: "Drops Good for Pies". Hmmm, do you think that's a hint?

Thanks, Grandpa. An apple pie is on it's way soon!

    I can almost smell those apples. Your post reminds me of my grandpa who used to pick up black walnuts and leave them for mother and I to bake him a cake!

    Apple pie and grandfathers are the perfect combination. I had a grandfather like that. He love his apple pie and ice cream.
