It's time to be thinking of picnics! Warmer days are delightful days for sharing a picnic lunch with friends or family. Recently, I spotted this 'pretty in pink' picnic backpack in a shop. Completely self-contained, utensils go in the front compartment. The larger compartment in the back is completely insulated and has plenty of room to keep containers of favorite picnic foods. So, get out your favorite recipes for baked beans, potato salad, and tomato sandwiches!
Although this picnic backpack is very attractive, you don't have to go for the spendy price tag. A simple backpack can be converted to a picnic backpack by adding smaller insulated containers, cutlery and plastic dishes, a can opener, and a pretty table cloth and napkins. The important thing is to have cozy picnic fun with someone you enjoy spending time with!
what a splendid idea. Even a cheap girls back pack could be fitted with elastic to make your own picnick backpack.
