A Sip of Tea

"Meanwhile, let us have a sip of tea. The afternoon glow is brightening the bamboos, the fountains are bubbling with delight, the soughing of the pines is heard in our kettle. Let us dream of evanescence, and linger in the beautiful foolishness of things."

  1. Wonderful quote! Think I'll make a cup of tea. Great way to start - or end - my day!

  3. I've been drinking tea this evening. Usually I wait until I have someone to have a cup with, but I went solo tonight and it tasted so good! Lovely post and quote.

  4. I really enjoy the collages you make of your pictures. In this one, I especially like the picture of the mountains and the lake. The quote is very nice too!

  5. Love the quote, but even more the pictures your portrayed. The thermos sitting on the picnic basket, just perfect for outdoor tea.
