Thoughts and Feelings

"Your feelings, and the thoughts that created them, are your own responsibility, nobody else's.  Change your thoughts if you want to change your feelings. . . Imagine your mind as a garden.  Which thoughts will you plant in it?"

  1. I really like that quote and the idea of your mind being a garden. It reminds me of "For as he thinketh in his heart so is he" Prov 23:7. Very thoughtful....thanks!

  2. Yes, your thoughts do make a difference even if they are not spoken.

  3. Hello La Tea Dah...Sometimes I let weeds grow in the garden of my mind and that's not good. Got to pluck them out! Take care and have a good night. Sincerely, Susan

  4. Excellent! Along those same lines, I like to remember that we can choose whether or not to become angry. No one MAKES us mad...it is a choice we make, so we can also choose NOT to get angry! :)
