Sea

So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.  Psalm 104:25

Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof.

Psalm 96:11

Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.

Isaiah 42:10

Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:

Jeremiah 31:35

  1. Seems we both see Creation and it brings Scripture to mind. Isn't that a wonderful thing?
I love Oregon beaches, even more than the San Diego beaches that I grew up on.

  2. Ps: lve how you used a shortened depth of field to make the railing clear and the ocean misty.

  4. Thank you ~ this is my all-time favorite beach. It's one where you can walk for miles in serenity.

  5. When we lived in Bandon, the beach was where we did our thinking. Often with the children we had those deep, serious conversations in answer to their questions about life. Often my sweetheart and I walked and talked while the children were in school. And at times we walked alone to think and pray and gather strength for the day. That's why I would like to retire at the beach.
