A Cup for a Winter's Night

Brew me a cup for a winter's night.
For the wind howls loud and the furies fight;
Spice it with love and stir it with care,
Ad I'll toast our bright eyes,
my sweetheart fair.

  1. I brewed me a cup for a winter morning and think I'll probably brew another one or two before this winter day is over! My winter day has brought gray skies and rain with a teeny, tiny hint of snow!

  2. We have a few days of RAIN on top of all the snow on the ground. I've already decided staying inside with a book, tea, and perhaps a candle lit beside me is a necessity in this weather.

  4. Susan, it is a photo I took after snow arrived at our mountain meadow. The meadow is a favorite place of mine because it changes so magnificently with the seasons.
