Winter's Quiet

The seasons change, both in life and in nature.

As winter nears, the snow falls and a sense of quiet fills nature's corners.

Like tufts of cotton, puffs of clouds waft through ridges and slopes.

"Despite all I have seen and experienced, I still get the same simple thrill out of glimpsing a tiny patch of snow in a high mountain gully and feel the same urge to climb towards it."
Edmund Hillary

Winter. The season to "tuck in".
Quiet.
Snow.
Repose.

  3. Hi, dear friend. I've always enjoyed your cabin but these photos makes me realize the wonder of each season in your special place. I've always loved seeing inside - and I can imagine how much you enjoy it. Please come by and see what we have. Our little cabin-on-wheels was wonderful but now we have something I think I can only call a 'lodge'. It was a gift from God - in the timing and details. I have so many plans for decorating and have only just begun to dream of the possibilities.
