I
enjoy recipe sharing and attaching personal memories or people with
them. This recipe was shared with me by a friend who recently visited
Bangladesh. She received it from Ana, a woman who lives in a village
there. I always wonder about Ana when I make this recipe. It's simple,
but very tasty.
My husband loves dahl as he lived in India and Pakistan in the late 70's. He doesn't like the curries I make, but maybe he would eat this. Will have to make some very soon, because even if he doesn't, I know I will enjoy it! Simple and healthy! My kinda recipe. Best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeleteNot a big fan of Dahl, but it does look good. How special to receive it through a friend from Ana in Bangladesh.
