My friend, Fay, from Sketched... Stitched... Painted... Hand-made... Lived... has designed a new series of embroidery designs for spring and is featuring a give-away on her blog. She's giving away a delightful spring pattern ~ that can be stitched during the long, cold winter evenings ahead. Here's what she says about her give-away:
Its time to give away one of my new Spring patterns.

I'd love to know what you look forward
to most about Spring.
My personal favorite is seeing the Balsamroot
that cover the hillsides with gold.
Or maybe it is the return of the swallows....
The winner of this pattern will get
to dream of Spring as they stitch their way through winter!
This giveaway will end on
Sunday, October 9, 2011, at 5pm PST.
The winner will be announced the following Monday morning.
See you there!

While you are there, take a look at Fay's other designs on the right side-bar. She has beautiful designs! I am currently stitching her "love is not rude" tea party design. And isn't that "Thrive" pillow divine?

So much embroidery; so little time. I wish your friend well with her business and I liket the embroidery that you are currently working on...very nice. You'll show us when you're done, I hope.
ReplyDeleteSo many projects, ideas, patterns I want to make and try and do but so little time and sometimes so little energy, especially during the week when we have work/school. Thankfully the weather is taking a turn for the better here, so will be able to get out more. I need some Vitamin D. :) Hope all is well in your corner of the world. Best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeleteHer embroidery patterns are all beautiful and I would love having one. However, I know my fingers and my time don't have the possibility of making, so I won't enter. But I do hope you win.
ReplyDeleteAh, you switched to the new dynamic template. I like it and it seems to be working well for you.
ReplyDeleteJust out of curiosity, did you ever find out if Tasha Tudor finished her quilt ? It would be kind of sad if someone doesn't do it for her if she did not get to finish don't you think ?..
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your friend's blog...I was the lucky winner and I'm just thrilled. Her patterns are so sweet...I'm assuming she must be the same.
