I have always thought of Christmas time as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable, pleasant time; the only time of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely.
Hi there, I made these ornaments when my girls were in high school; I tried to make some again last Christmas but only made a few. May your Christmas be filled with all that brings you joy! Hugs, Noreen

I'm not sure which is lovelier, the quote or the ornament!
ReplyDeleteI remember friends making those quilt-like ornaments...my mother must have also. They look like a Country Christmas for sure.
ReplyDeleteWouldn't that be the best gift of all!
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting way of putting it.
ReplyDeleteYes, it would be nice if it were so all
year long.
