We are able to purchase it for about $3.00 per package, so it's reasonable (about the same as if we made the mix from scratch) and is convenient. My husband frequently is the one who mixes up his bread. The mix has you add milk, vinegar, eggs, and oil. We use water. . .and flax seed gel makes a good egg substitute if you want to avoid cholesterol or animal products.
